Achy and sore during your pregnancy? Are you fatigued, uncomfortable, and weeks away from your due date?

A prenatal massage session is designed to support you and your baby during your pregnancy. I do not have a restriction on how early or late in pregnancy. Once in your second trimester, this massage will have you positioned on your side for optimal comfort.


Postpartum Support Massage Session


Are you a new mama recovering from the physical and emotional aspects of labor? Are you in the process of adjusting to motherhood? Are you trying to cope with a new sleep schedule?

A Postpartum Support Massage Session is personalized to fit your needs as a mother of a newborn. I will consult with you about comfortable positioning, pressure, and any preferences of modalities (you can find a full list here) in order to best support your health and well-being in the early stages of motherhood. Book within 10 days of giving birth and continue for the first 16 weeks after.

How Long of a Session Do I Need?


  • A 30 minute session is appropriate for one area of focus.
  • A 60 minute session is appropriate for 1-2 areas of focus and time to say "hello" to the rest of the muscle groups of the body if desired.
  • A 75 minute session is appropriate for 2-3 ares of focus and time to incorporate the rest of the muscle groups of the body if desired.
  • A 90 minute session is appropriate for 3-4 focus areas and the most time to incorporate the rest of the muscle groups if desired.

  • Warm Bamboo: warm bamboo dowels are kneaded on aching muscles and stiff joints to provide relief.
  • Dry Cupping: a gentle technique that uses silicone cups to improve blood and energy flow in tense muscle tissue.
  • Aromatherapy: healing essential oils are diffused or used topically to address various physical/emotional complaints.
  • Assisted Stretching: used to improve overall joint flexibility and encourage pain-free mobility.
  • Corrective Exercise: education on movement and exercise to relieve tension and pain in the long-term.
  • Hot Towels: damp and warmed towels are place on the body to promote a relaxing session.
  • Trigger Point Therapy: a Deep Tissue technique that uses compressions, firm strokes, and client active range of motion to provide relief to localized and referred areas of pain and tenderness.
