Company Policies


  • Privacy Policy: Prior to your first appointment, you will be required to complete a New Client Intake form. This form must be updated once a year or any time there are significant changes to your health history (surgery, major illness, etc.). The information you provide on your form and in your file can only be released with your consent or as required by law.

  • Cancellation Policy: As a sole practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients (that's you!). If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, and if that time slot does not get refilled, you will be invoiced a cancellation fee of $35.00.

  • No-Show Policy: Please let me know if you have an emergency. Not showing up to your booked appointment along with not calling will result in a fee of the full cost of the booked appointment.

  • Winter Weather Policy:  Bad weather is never fun to drive in, and white knuckles and tight shoulders will certainly ruin the effects of your massage session. Should you need to cancel your session within 24 hours due to bad weather, the normal cancellation policy will be waived and we will reschedule your session. With that being said, I also reserve the right to cancel and reschedule massage appointments when there is bad weather or should there be unsafe conditions in the parking lot.

  • Refusal of Service Policy: For safety purposes, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following: intoxication, derogatory or bigoted comments, sexual or romantic advances, illness or infectious conditions, contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites).
